'Jessica Jones' premiere release date, plot rumors: Who will join Jessica Jones for her debut season?

More news about the upcoming premiere of "Marvel's Jessica Jones" has been circulating the web.

It was revealed that the series will begin with the character Jessica Jones, played by Krysten Ritter, in transition.

It was reported that her short fame as a superhero left her challenging her identity. With that Ritter and her tough appeal, will be going through some personal battles in the episodes to come.

She is expected to begin rebuilding her life as a private detective in Hell's Kitchen. News also showed that Jones will have a love interest in the upcoming series. It will be played by Mike Colter, taking on the role of Luke Cage.

Another character present in the series is Killgrave, who is also known as the Purple Man. The character was described as, "An enigmatic figure from Jessica's past, Kilgrave's reappearance will send shockwaves through the former super hero's world."

 His character is expected to be a big influence in Jessica Jones' life.

Rachael Taylor will also join the cast as Patsy Walker. Her character will also go by the superhero name of Hellcat. The official details of her character read, "Trish is a syndicated radio talk show host, former model and child TV star known to her adoring fans as "Patsy" Walker. As Jessica Jones' closest friend, Trish helps her embark on the most dangerous case of Jessica's career."

Another character named harper will also be played by Carrie-Anne Moss. Harper is expected to be a powerful ally to Jessica. "Jessica Jones" is just one of the four series between Marvel and Netflix. It was reported that there will be upcoming spin-offs such as "Luke Cage," "Iron Fist," and "Defenders." The four street heroes are expected to come together.

The first season of "Jessica Jones" is expected to premiere this Nov. 20.
