We are truly blessed and look forward to our new life and journey together. We are thankful for how the Lord has brought us together, and look forward to serving Christ now as husband and wife.

According to People, Joe and Caldwell got married last Sept. 8 at the First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas with the bride's father Pastor Caldwell officiating.

The site went on to say that the wedding was classic and formal but with a "romantic evening feel." The new husband and wife could not be happier. Following the momentous event, Joe told the publication:

It's something that I've always dreamed of to have a wife and to raise a family in a way that honors the lord. We are to very excited to see what God has in the future for us.

Joe and Caldwell kept the event small with only 22 people taking part. Joe's brother Josiah served as the best man joined with John David, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James and Justin as the groomsmen.

Caldwell's sister Lauren was her maid of honor with 10 bridesmaids including her mom Christina and Joe's sisters Jana, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joy, Johannah and Jennifer.

Joe is 23 years old while Kendra is 19. The courtship began back in March with the former popping the question in May during his sister Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth's wedding.

Fans can watch the beginning of the happy couple's love story on "Counting On" come Sept. 11.
