John Travolta and Sexual Assault Claim: Actor Insists He Did Not Expose Himself
John Travolta has denied all charges brought against him by a cruise employee that claims the actor sexually assaulted him.
John Travolta and his lawyer Marty Singer are striking back against claims that Travolta had sexually assaulted a man while on a Caribbean cruise. The actor has stated that all of the claims made are false and complete lies that had not been initially reported when the incident took place.
In response to charges brought against him, Travolta is requesting that the lawsuit be dismissed and requiring the accuser to pay for all legal fees.

Fabian Zanzi, an employee of the Royal Caribbean Cruise company, recently filed against the actor in May citing that he was sexually assaulted in 2009 after attending to the actor's room. Zanzi initially claimed that he had delivered an item to Travolta's room on board when the actor requested a neck massage. After Zanzi obliged, he claims that the actor made an intimate advance.
He "told him he was a beautiful person and invited him to return to visit him later that night," Zanzi said in the initial report he filed in June of 2009.
After reporting the incident to the company, Zanzi was reproached for having offered a neck massage in the first place against the companies policy on no fraternizing with guests- the same policy Zanzi cited to Travolta when allegedly rejecting his offer to return to the room later.
However in May of this year, Zanzi began to tell a new story, claiming that Travolta had done more than ask for a neck massage. He claimed that the actor also exposed himself and hugged Zanzi while being physically aroused. Travolta then allegedly offered to pay $12,000 for sex and silence.
Singer has suggested in the past that the incident report itself, filed in 2009, is evidence that Travolta is innocent.
"The incident report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client," Singer stated. "He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he had engaged in any inappropriate conduct he would have reported it to his supervisors."
