Joy-Anna Duggar Due Date News: Expectant Mother Shares Pregnancy Update on Social Media

Joy-Anna Duggar is expecting a baby with her new husband, Austin Forsyth, and the couple recently shared an update on their shared Instagram account.

The photo shows Duggar sporting a sizable baby bump. Duggar and Forsyth tied the knot in May earlier this year. In the caption, the couple expressed their mutual excitement and hinted at how far along the pregnancy is.

"Can't wait to meet our baby! I got to feel it kick for the first time a few days ago!!! Soooooo amazing!!!" they wrote. "It's already about the size of a bell pepper and weighs around half a pound!!!"

And while some believe that the baby's size and weight indicate that Duggar is 18 weeks along, others have speculated that the baby is actually 24 weeks old. This is particularly interesting because that would mean that Duggar and Forsyth conceived prior to getting married, which is frowned upon in the Duggar family's beliefs.

An obstetrician and gynecologist (OB/GYN) by the name of Dr. Sean Henry apparently told Radar Online that the bump indicates that Duggar is more than 18 weeks along. It is important to note that Henry is not actually Duggar's doctor.

"She looks about 24-26 weeks pregnant," he said "People start feeling fetal movement between 19-21 weeks. She looks bigger than 20 weeks."

The couple announced the pregnancy news back in August. They were initially scheduled to walk down the aisle in October, but the wedding was moved up to May, fueling rumors that Duggar and Forsyth broke courtship rules and consummated their relationship before marriage.

Of course, these rumors have not been confirmed by the couple or the Duggar family, so readers are advised to take this with a grain of salt. If Duggar really is 18 weeks along, then that would put her due date at around February 2018.
