'Justice League' Spoilers: Epic Batsuit to Be Featured; Cast Teases Scale, Tone and More

The armored suit that Batman (Ben Affleck) wore in his showdown with Superman (Henry Cavill) in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be featured in the highly anticipated film "Justice League."

This is according to the folks over at Empire magazine, who did a cover story for the film ahead of its release. They got the chance to visit the set of the upcoming superhero ensemble movie. They said, per Screen Rant:

We're in the Batcave — or part of the Batcave — and everything's suitably bleak and rocky. The specially modified Batsuit that was Batbattered by Superman towards the end of "Dawn of Justice" is on display, a permanent reminder to Bruce Wayne of the dangers of hubris.

It is understood that Batman keeps the tattered armoured Batsuit in "Justice League" as a reminder to try harder and become stronger, which could be why the Robin suit once owned by Jason Todd that was shown in the film is still there too.

It is unclear at the moment if the armored Batsuit will ever be put to use in "Justice League" although the abovementioned publication believes that the Caped Crusader is likely going to stick with practical suits in taking on Steppenwolf's army.

Meanwhile, Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot also spoke to Empire about the tone of the film, saying that it will be quite the departure from "Batman v Superman."

"Justice League" is not a dark or heavy movie. It doesn't have the weight that "Batman v. Superman" had.

Affleck, on the other hand, spoke about just how big "Justice League" is, describing it as "bigger in scale than any movie I've been involved with in my career."

It feels massive in terms of the visual elements. That's something that Zack (Snyder, director) is really good at. That will be admired.

"Justice League" hits the cinemas Nov. 17. The synopsis for the film reads:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) — it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
