Justin Bieber, Ashley Moore Lunch Date: 'Business Meeting' Sparks Romance Rumors

Justin Bieber was photographed having lunch with Ashley Moore in Beverly Hills on Tuesday and while Selena Gomez fans were up in arms over the photos, reports claim the pop star and the model are just friends.

The teenage singing sensation, 19, stepped out with Moore, 20, for a casual outing at celebrity hot spot Bouchon and while onlookers began speculating whether the duo is romantically involved, a source claims the outing was strictly a business lunch. Moore is said to be the girlfriend of Bieber's friend, Lil Twist, and Bieber himself is rumored to be still involved with Gomez, his on-and-off girlfriend.

"It was far from a date feel, as he never touched her and there was no flirting or PDA at all. It was really a friends afternoon out," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"He showed her videos and pictures from his phone but it seemed like a business meeting more then a date," the source said.

The "As Long As You Love Me" singer appeared to be taking a break from his "Believe" tour, which wraps up in December. Moore is reportedly being considered for a role Bieber's upcoming music video for his single "Heartbreaker."

"He is thinking of casting her in a new music video," the source explained while reiterating that "She is his boys girl, and he will not steal her from Lil Twist who really likes her. It's strictly friends only!"

In addition to work, Bieber has reportedly been dealing with the recurring drama surrounding his love life in recent weeks. On Tuesday a source revealed that the singer and Gomez are still secretly spending time together despite them having previously split on at least three occasions since December.

"Their relationship is at a bit of a holding pattern," a source close to the on-again, off-again couple said. "They [see each other] ... when they are in the same city.
