Justin Bieber Serenades Selena Gomez on Date Night, Couple Back Together?
It seems like love is better the second time around for Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. According to Billboard, the two celebrities were seen in public together again for the first time on Friday, Nov. 20, after more than a year. The on-again, off-again couple spent time together at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, where Bieber is staying for the weekend.
But the highlight of that date night started when the Canadian singer sat down at a piano in the hotel bar and serenaded Gomez with the song "My Girl." E Online also reported that the two stole more of the spotlight in the hotel when they slow danced in front of the small audience that gathered.
A source told People that the two "were friendly at the hotel bar." However, the source added, "they didn't act like a couple." "Justin was in a great mood and serenaded her. She was still a bit pouty and playing hard to get," the source goes on to say.
The two continued to attract the media as pictures of them walking together just outside the hotel bar where the musical rendezvous happened surfaced. They were spotted strolling together in town and while Bieber kept his cool by putting hands in his pockets, the "Love You Like A Love Song Baby" singer tenderly rested her arm on her ex's shoulder.
Daily Mail detailed that the two seemed close again as the "What Do You Mean" singer was seen staring deep into Gomez's eyes while he continued to chat away. Reports say that Bieber was chatting non-stop and was even in a very good mood, even greeting the onlookers.
The couple's date night created some frenzy over social media with many saying that the two are really meant for each other and they are hoping that they will be back together. But are they really back to being sweethearts? Have the two really worked out their relationship and plan to rekindle it again?
Mashable reported that Bieber admitted in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that there could still be a chance that he and Gomez will get back together as a couple.
"I think we're both just on our own journeys, figuring ourselves out," Bieber said. "And once we've figured ourselves out, we could maybe come together and make an awesome duo."
