Justin Bieber New Album News 2015: Speaks About His New Faith, Album Name Hinted
Many people make wrong decisions during their teenage years. But not all crazy and reckless deeds are publicized, unless the one doing it is as famous as pop sensation Justin Bieber. Apparently, the "What Do U Mean" singer has been a regular in the past on entertainment headlines for his irresponsible actions—smoking weed, drinking, violating laws, the list goes on.
But just recently, the young Canadian singer has been reported to have found himself redemption. And he spoke about it in elaborate detail through an interview with Complex Magazine. He spoke about his career, his young rebel days, his relationships, and most notably, his newfound faith.
He spoke about Christianity but in his own version, as Alternet puts it, and it's distinguished that Bieber is trying to differentiate himself from the "more unpalatable adherents of the faith." He admitted in the Complex Magazine interview that he has rejected his faith and going to church several times because he thought that's where "weird" people go.
"Christians leave such a bad taste in people's mouths. I was like, 'I'm not gonna go to church.' I had these church friends and I was like, 'You guys are cool, I like you guys, but I'm not going to church,'" Bieber said.
But the 21-year old have started finding himself and developed a close relationship with Pastors Carl Lentz and Judah Smith. Justin also then revealed that he just wants to live like Jesus did.
"I just wanna honestly live like Jesus. Not be Jesus...I don't want that to come across weird. He created a pretty awesome template of how to love people and how to be gracious and kind."
At the moment, it's clear that Justin is progressively moving from his bad boy antics to focusing on his music. And speaking of music, reports say that Justin might just have given his large fan base a hint on the name of his next album.
Billboard said that he posted on his Twitter account an image that reads "Purpose," which is speculated to be the title of the "Believe" follow-up. There's no confirmation to that but in six weeks, all will be unveiled.
