Justin Bieber Spitting Scandal: DJ Files Police Report, Expected to File Lawsuit Soon

The man at the center of a Justin Bieber spitting incident filed a police report over the occurrence, but has yet to file a lawsuit against the pop singer.

The man behind the allegation is Addison Ulhaq and he revealed to police that the incident occurred on July 13 when the signer's security team thought he was taking pictures of the star at a nightclub.

Ulhaq, who's a junior at Ohio State University and a neuroscience major, repeatedly stated that he did not take any pictures of the singer and even had a member of the security team look through his phone for proof.

"Two of Bieber's bouncer approached me and said I was trying to take pictures of Bieber," the man alleged, claiming that should not happen because it was a 21-and-over club and the singer is only 19.

After that, the bodyguards went through his phone, found no pictures, but still reported to Bieber that they had, according to the upset DJ. Then Bieber himself stepped in and had a few "choice words" for the man, he told TMZ.

"He called my mom something called my dad something, called me something and spit in my face," the unnamed DJ said on the "Dave and Jimmy Show" on WNCI. He had called in to broadcast the incident and plans on pressing charges.

An official representative for Bieber refused to comment on the story, but others in Canadian pop star's camp called the story completely false.

"Everything's been going really well on the tour and it's just really sad that someone would copycat others' baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves," the insider told TMZ.
