Kailyn Lowry Clarifies Dating Rumors With Next-Door Neighbor
After ditching the father of her third son, "Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry appeared to have moved on already with another man.
The mother of three was reportedly trading flirty messages with her next-door neighbor Dionisio Cephas, which began after she posted a photo of him on Snapchat.
She followed it up with a post on Twitter tagging Cephas that said, "What are the chances I'll actually see @ttcu1 today?" He posted a reply to tell her that he only lives next door, but she claimed that they are having a long distance relationship.

Yet in her recent interview with RadarOnline, Lowry clarified that she and Cephas are not yet dating. The 25-year-old reality star also revealed that if she would want to start a relationship with anyone, she would definitely choose Cephas as her man. "No, we are not dating yet. Time will tell. Everything is fine as far as I know," Lowry also said.
It can be remembered that Cephas was the same shirtless guy who was photographed with Lowry in bed during a trip to Los Angeles back in May. The photo stirred a major controversy since she was still seven months pregnant with her new son Lux Russell during that time.
However, another report claimed that the budding romance between Lowry and Cephas might be over even before it started based on the reality star's latest Twitter rant about men.
In one of the tweets, Lowry stated: "Just when you think you like someone, they'll give you a cool five reasons you're wasting your time." She also retweeted someone's advice to stop making excuses and start making things official.
On the other hand, Cephas reportedly tweeted that he cannot understand why women always like to be in a relationship.
While Lowry and Cephas have yet to confirm if they are really seeing each other, the "Teen Mom 2" star's last relationship was with Lux's father Chris Lopez. She was also married to Javi Marroquin, who she shared a three-year-old son named Lincoln. Lowry also had a seven-year-old son named Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.
