Kanye West Sounds Off On 'Manipulative' Jimmy Kimmel, Comedian Reacts

Kanye West is sounding off against late night talk show host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel who recently said that the rapper threatened his life.

West, the 36-year-old rapper, was the butt of Kimmel's jokes on Jimmy Kimmel Live recently. The comedian featured a satirical skit of children rehashing West's highly publicized BBC Radio One interview. Kimmel took to his late night talk show on Thursday night to speak about West calling him and later taking to Twitter to sound off against the comedian.

"He told me I had two choices: apologize publicly...and that was really the only choice," Kimmel told his audience. "The other choice he gave was that my life-'Your life,' he said, 'is going to be much better if you apologize.' Then he started tweeting today and I don't even know if I've seen some of these tweets, because they're happening as we speak..."

Kimmel revealed that West even compared himself to slain rapper Tupac Shakur while on the phone with the comedian.

"And he told me this on the phone, I swear he said, 'I am the most powerful voice in media. I am 'Pac,'" Kimmel told his audience. "He said 'I am 'Pac' a few times to me. He said, 'You'll never be able to show your face at a 14-year-old's high school football game and be cool again.'"

The comedian admitted that he did not understand why West was so angry at something that was supposed to be satirical, he continued to poke fun at the rapper's choice to sound off against him.

"I don't understand it, I don't know why he's angry again," Kimmel said. "I thought the bit was pretty innocuous. Finally I'm in a rap feud."

West's tweets were written in all capital letters and began by calling Kimmel disrespectful.

"JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS …. JIMMY KIMMEL, I DON'T TAKE IT AS A JOKE…. YOU DON'T HAVE SCUM BAGS HOPPING OVER FENCES TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DAUGHTER… (SIC)," West tweeted. "JIMMY KIMMEL PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES … OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD (Expletive) IN YOUR LIFE…YOU CAN'T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES."

West then went on to make fun of Kimmel's appearance before telling him that comedian Sarah Silverman was more talented.

"YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY… IS THAT FUNNY?… OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY," West questioned. "SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU F*CKING BEN AFFLECK…#NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK #ALLDISRESPECTTOJIMMYKIMMEL!!!!"

While West insisted that the two men knew one other on more of a personal level, the rapper accused Kimmel of being manipulative.

"YOU MANIPULATIVE MEDIA (expletive)….," West tweeted. "SARAH SILVERMAN IS A THOUSAND TIMES FUNNIER THAN YOU AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT!!"

Kimmel took to Twitter to continue to poke fun of the situation.

"apparently @KanyeWest is VERY VERY ANGRY with me….if it's not too much trouble @kanyewest, would you mind using @jimmykimmel? Thanks," Kimmel tweeted.
