Kate Middleton Cancels Another Event Due to Severe Morning Sickness

The Duchess of Cambridge canceled another event on Oct. 1 as she continues to contend with severe morning sickness, or hyperemesis gravidarum.

The news comes shortly after media reports over the weekend which claimed that the Duchess was doing better and planning to resume engagements for October and November.

The Duchess was scheduled to visit the launch of The Art Room's ninth venue, The Clore Art Room, at Barlby Primary School in London. The Art Room is one of the Duchess' patronage.

"I want to share my congratulations with you all for the launch of the new Clore Art Room. I was looking forward to joining you all for this particularly special day as part of the Clore Duffield Foundation's 50th Anniversary Year," she said in a message sent over.

"I am truly sorry that I cannot be with you all today as you celebrate this milestone. As patron of the Art Room I feel great pride to see the work that the charity is doing. Vulnerable children flourish in the safe havens that the Art Room provides; this highlights just how important it is to support children at a time when they most need help and support," Middleton added.

In other news, Prince William and the Duchess are reportedly taking legal steps to ask an individual to stop harassing Prince George.

According to E!Online, the Palace has issued a statement saying that an incident last week "has prompted Their Royal Highnesses to seek reasonable assurances" from a person who they've asked to stop "harassing and following both Prince George and his nanny as they go about their ordinary daily lives."

"The individual was spotted at a central London Park in the vicinity of Prince George, who was removed from the Park immediately," the statement explained. "There is reason to suspect that the individual may have been placing Prince George under surveillance and monitoring his daily routines for a period of time."
