Kate Middleton Photo Scandal Spreads to Italy With Second Magazine (PHOTO)
A second royal photo scandal has upbraided the royal family, although Kate Middleton and Prince William appear to be keeping their mind off of things while on a Royal visit in Southeast Asia.
Less than a month ago photos of a naked Prince Harry were leaked as he vacationed in Las Vegas. But this time around, Middleton was only tanning and thought she was alone when she was photographed in a compromising position.
The photos were leaked by a French magazine titled "Closer." In response, the Royal family is suing the magazine for publishing the private photos without her permission. The person who is responsible for taking the photos, who remains thus unknown, may also face legal charges.
The magazine published the photos of Friday. Despite lawsuits, an Italian magazine called Chi has also threatened to follow suit. The royal family suggested that they would sue all other publications as well, for publishing the photos.
Meanwhile, Prince William and Middleton have continued on with their tour In Southeast Asia. The couple was spotted yesterday scaling a giant tree in Sabah, Borneo according to TMZ magazine.
The royal family are the not the only ones to object to the photos. Critics and fans alike, many who appreciate the Duchess for her constant show of class, have shown outrage over the exposed photos. The photos reveal Middleton topless, after removing her bikini top while tanning.
