Kate Middleton Pregnancy Update: Duchess Appears in Video Campaign Since Announcing She's Pregnant

Kate Middleton, also known as Princess Catherine, makes her first appearance this week since her third pregnancy was announced. The Duchess of Cambridge is in a video campaign for mental health.

The video from the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families shows Princess Catherine introducing its content. It's actually an animated film that helps children and parents talk about their feelings to manage their emotions.

"Sometimes it's just a simple conversation that can make things better," the Duchess said, adding that she hopes viewers will like the short film.

The video will be played in schools in Britain. The Anne Freud agency will also be distributing pamphlets for the pupils' parents and carers in connection to its mental health campaign.

As a patron of the Anne Freud agency, Princess Catherine also wrote the introduction to the printed materials.

"Encouraging children to understand and be open about their feelings can give them the skills to cope with the ups and downs that life will throw at them as they grow up," part of the message stated.

Meanwhile, her husband Prince William received gifts meant for their unborn child. During a visit to the Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT), which employs recovering addicts and the homeless, the royal gratefully accepted three wooden owls for Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the upcoming baby.

Prince William's wife was not with him to accept the presents as Princess Catherine still needs to take it slow, but the prince assures the public his wife is doing well despite the severe morning sickness. Princess Catherine suffers from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which she also went through with her previous pregnancies.

Kensington Palace confirmed that the Royals are expecting their third child in a public statement on Sept. 4. The Duchess is speculated to be due in March or early April.
