Kevin Hart Apologizes to Wife Eniko Parrish

Actor and comedian Kevin Hart posted a public apology to his wife Eniko Parrish and their kids for his past misdeeds. The actor, who's expecting their first child with Parrish, is allegedly being extorted for an incriminating video.

The "Ride Along" actor posted a self-shot video on his Instagram account on Saturday, Sep. 16, along with a caption saying how he is "sending so many apologies to my wife & kids."

He adds that he needs to do better and he will, despite not being "perfect," before telling his family that he loves them.

"I'm at a place in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back," the 38-year-old actor said. He follows by saying that at this stage, he should be making the right decisions, only that he failed recently.

"And I made a bad error in judgement and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did," he continued, perhaps referring to the incident where a woman allegedly tried to extort money from the actor. There was a "sexually suggestive" video involved that falls short of being a sex tape, according to TMZ.

A representative of the "Central Intelligence" actor put out of statement explaining matters. "Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt," the spokesperson said, as quoted by People.

"As law enforcement is involved, we cannot comment further as it could affect the investigation," the representative added. This incident is not the first that tangled the actor in cheating allegations in the recent months.

Just a month ago, Hart's ex-wife Torrei accused him of cheating on her with Parrish even while they were married. The former couple was divorced six years ago.

The video below is Hart's way of apologizing for his wife and kids, and a promise to do things right especially with their child coming.
