Khloe Kardashian Divorce News: Lamar Odom Marriage 'Not Over Yet'

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom may be headed toward a reconciliation as a new report claims the estranged couple have not ruled out the idea of saving their marriage.

Last week the NBA veteran, 34, revealed his hopes to win back the reality TV star, 29, and insiders claim the pair talk regularly. Kardashian filed for divorce after four years of marriage in December however nothing is finalized.

"They're talking all the time," a source told Us magazine. "It's not over yet."

The estranged couple sold their Tarzana, Calif,; marital home earlier this year and Kardashian reportedly purchased pop star Justin Bieber's Calabasas mansion recently. She is said to be renovating the $7.2 million property and some of the changes she is making include "building a subterranean basketball court," according to sources.

"Her installing a basketball court really says something," another source revealed adding "[Lamar] thinks he could get Khloe back."

Kardashian and Odom wed in 2009 one month after meeting however they separated in August last year in the wake of cheating reports.

"I want to make it work with Khloe," Odom recently told Intouch magazine after suffering a back injury in Spain.

"I'm going to see Khloe. I'm going to see her soon," he revealed adding that at this time, "I'm focusing on getting better."

The former Los Angeles Clippers star is reportedly suffering from Lumbar radiculitis, a painful spine injury that causes severe lower back pain, and he recently returned to the U.S. to seek treatment. He was forced to quit Spanish basketball team Laboral Kutxa just weeks after signing a two-month contract and his career is currently at a stand still as he recovers from injury.

A new report claims Kardashian, whose marital woes are being played out on the current season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," is working on forgiving her estranged husband.

"He confessed his feelings and cried his heart out to her on the phone," an insider revealed of the pair's alleged mid-March reunion.

"She'd been avoiding his texts and calls for weeks, but when she heard him pleading with her to take him back, she melted," the source explained.

Kardashian recently spoke out about her situation with Odom, revealing that she is still coming to terms with the breakdown of her marriage.

"It's definitely not anything I'm through. I'm going through it, but I'm not through it," she told Australia's 2Day FM breakfast radio show on Tuesday.
