Khloe Kardashian Only Wants to 'Protect' Lamar Odom Despite Divorce
Khloe Kardashian believes she will forever be impacted by Lamar Odom in the latest episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
While Khloe, 30, is in Thailand for a family vacation for the latest episode, she is dealing with emotional issues. Although one of those issues is her brother Rob Kardashian's depression, another is the fact that her estranged husband Odom, 34, has gone missing amid rumors of substance abuse and extra marital affairs.
Khloe was candid when responding to her step-brother's Brandon and Brody Jenner's questions about the matter.
"He got so sloppy and wanted to mess with all of those girls and all those girls wanted to do was those 10 seconds of fame," she told her step brothers on the show. "I can't really talk about it, I start crying."
In her confessional-style interview, Khloe revealed that she may never be able to let go of her issues with Odom.
"Lamar's stuff will weigh on me for the rest of my life," Khloe said. "For the rest of my life I'm going to deal with that and worry about him and think about him and want to protect him."
However, it seems Khloe is attempting to move on with rapper French Montana. A few weeks ago, Khloe opened up to Us Weekly about how the rapper has made her life easier.
"He is just funny. He's light and it's easy. That's what I need right now," Khloe told the publication. "It's fun."
She went on to call his happiness contagious.
"I like how he's always happy. Smiles are infectious," Khloe told Us Weekly. "They're contagious. I like that."
Khloe filed for divorce from NBA forward Lamar Odom last year amid rumors of his drug abuse and extramarital affairs. While she never detailed the exact cause of their separation, Khloe insisted that she learned a lot from the experience.
While it seems Khloe is enjoying her new rumored relationship, her mother Kris Jenner trusts that she is making good decisions. Jenner did not go into detail about any conversation that she may have had with the rapper about Khloe, but the Kardashian matriarch made it clear that she trusts her daughter's choices in life and men.
"Khloe makes very good decisions," Kris told E! previously. "And I think right now she's got a lot of good people around her and she's got great friends and she's having a good time."
