'Kim and Kourtney Take New York' to Premiere Tonight With Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian and her sister, Kourtney are returning to TV tonight in "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," with the show airing on E! at 10 p.m. ET and many are wondering how Kris Humphries will be portrayed on the show.

Reports of Kris Humphries suing Kim Kardashian for $10 million over upcoming episodes of the show have proven to be false.

Sources close to the basketball player told TMZ Kris has no plans to sue his ex-wife.

A false report surfaced last week and said Kris would be suing because of the negative way he will be portrayed in the upcoming season.

Sources close to the couple said the show will be hinting at marital problems even though it was only 72 days.

These same sources told Us Weekly, “He belittled her in front of people he’d call her stupid. It was truly sickening."

Last week Kim's lawyer took to the star’s defense against allegations the wedding was staged citing the complexity of the prenuptial agreement as one of the main factors for this.

"Our office did indeed negotiate and prepare a prenup for Ms. Kardashian. Given what I know regarding that document, it is not plausible that this marriage was a sham," Wasser said to TMZ.

She told the gossip site that many of the negotiations dealt with financial issues "that go well into the future" with complications that didn't make sense for a short-term marriage.

"Why on earth would they [Kim, Kris and their lawyers] create a document which looks far into the future if they planned a marriage that would only last a few months," sources close to Kim told TMZ.

The prenup was reportedly 30 pages long containing everything from tax returns to exhibits, and other financial documents.
