Kim K Post Baby Diet: Kardashian An 'Inspiration' for Healthy Weight Loss, Says Kris Jenner
Kim Kardashian is reportedly on a strict post baby diet following the birth of her daughter, baby North West and Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner recently hailed the new mom an "inspiration" for losing her baby weight healthily.
The reality TV star, 32, emerged publicly at a funeral for Kanye West's grandfather in Oklahoma on Saturday and onlookers were in awe of her post baby appearance. Jenner, 57, confirmed that Kardashian's healthy diet and exercise have helped her get back into shape.
"She's been eating right and working out and she looks great...She's trying to take it healthy," Jenner told E! News. "I think she's an inspiration to people that have to realize that you don't just have a baby and boom you just have your body back on Friday."

Kardashian, who has been in hiding since giving birth to baby North on June 15, appeared happy and relaxed while attending the recent funeral of Portwood Williams Senior. The E! star wore head-to-toe black including a mini skirt and heels while showing off the results of her post baby diet.
"Kim looks amazing, she really does. She's dropped a lot of the baby weight and it shows…not to say she still doesn't have a ways to go, but she looked slim and was glowing," a source previously told RadarOnline.com.
In March Kardashian's aunt Joan sparked plastic surgery rumors after she openly suggested that the reality TV star was considering a tummy tuck to assist with her post baby weight loss.
"She can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears,' Joan Kardashian previously told Now Magazine.
"Other than her belly, which is rather flat, every other part of her body has ballooned. And this is Kim holding to a strict diet. Imagine if she let herself go?" she added.
Following Kardashian's post baby debut West, 36, is expected to finally unveil the couple's first child during an appearance on Jenner's talk show "Kris" on Friday. The newborn reportedly resembles her rapper father more than Kardashian.
"She looks like kanye she has his cheeks and she is almost as dark as him and she has big eyes like Kim... toocute," a "Kris" audience member tweeted shortly after filming.
