Kim Kardashian Black Rolls Royce, New Car Sparks Racial Remarks

Kim Kardashian has traded out her old Rolls Royce for a new car of the same kind in a different color. The move spurred racist jokes by some.

Kim Kardashian, a previous owner of a black Rolls Royce, was often spotted driving around town in a white Rolls Royce before her marriage to Kris Humphries. After the marriage however, Kardashian appeared to ditch the ride. Her new ride, a $325,000 Ferrari became the source of much criticism because she had been given the car as a wedding present.

Kardashian continued to ride the new white Ferrari even after her 72-day marriage to Humphries failed. When wedding gift calculations came to a close Kardashian also failed to account for the very pricey car prompting Humphries and his lawyers to speculate her intentions.

The reality star is past all of that now however and was recently spotted riding a new all black Rolls Royce.

"LOVE U guys! All black everything!!! LOL," the star wrote on her Twitter account Saturday, giving a shout out to the company where she bought the car.

Less than a minute later the star added a second, similar shout out.

"OMGGG seriously guys @JKPlatinum @GPlatinum NO ONE does it like Platinum MotorSport! THANK YOU!" she mused.

But the new car has caused some to make racially charged remarks because of the color switch up.

"Kim Kardashian just kicked her boring, old, white Rolls-Royce to the curb ... for a flashier, black one. Sound familiar?" TMZ wrote when they first broke the story on Saturday.

"You know what they say -- once you go black ... you never really leave," the site added.
