Kim Kardashian Complains About Her Sweet Tooth, Says It's Time to Make Changes

Kim Kardashian is famous for her style as well as her voluptuous body, but the reality star admits that she is still trying to lose the extra weight that she gained while pregnant with daughter North West.

She also said that she has a problem staying away from sweets. The reality star took to Twitter on Oct. 15 and asked her fans on advice on how to kick the cravings for sugary treats.

"What's that name of that documentary about sugar? I have such a sweet tooth but I know I have to watch this and make some changes," Kardashian wrote.

"Yes Fed Up. Has anyone seen it?" she added, referring to the 2014 documentary about obesity in the U.S.

This isn't the first time that the brunette beauty has aired her frustration about her diet and fitness. According to Us Magazine, Kardashian went on a Twitter rant last August wherein she wrote, "Off to an intense workout. Can't seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs of baby weight. No more excuses. My baby is 1 year old! UGH. I'm not gonna call it baby weight [because] that's an excuse. I just gained weight and that's it. Why is it so much harder to lose after baby though!!"

Fortunately, Kardashian has famous trainer Harley Pasternak to help her get back to her "weight a few years ago" which the star said in her tweet is her main goal.

In an interview with Showbiz Spy, Pasternak revealed what it was like to have Kardashian as a client, and he also mentioned that her husband, Kanye West, helps her stay motivated and engaged.

"I have him doing chest stuff and I have him doing inner thigh stuff," said Pasternak. "They are talking about North West, or architecture, or fashion or whatever." He also shared that Kardashian likes variety when it comes to exercising and that she doesn't always exercise with her husband.

Pasternak praised his new client for being so determined.

"Kim said she was ready to push it a little bit further. She works hard and doesn't overdo it and has a great balance," he said.
