Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Living Apart Despite Engagement?
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are living apart despite their recent engagement, a new report claims.
The Hollywood couple, who announced their engagement in October, moved in to Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner's Calabasas home ahead of their daughter's birth. Sources claim West, 36, recently moved back in to his Hollywood Hills home due to work commitments and because Jenner's household is too "chaotic."
"There's too much chaos at Kris' house for Kanye," an alleged friend of Kardashian's told InTouch magazine.
"Kanye is working all of the time," another source explained. "Kanye will come over to Kris' for a few hours, but then go back to his place."
The reported new living situation has not affected the pair's relationship, and sources insist Kardashian, 33, and West are happier than ever.
On Thursday the couple along with baby North were photographed enjoying a brief family getaway in Santa Barbara. The trio reportedly stayed in the legendary Kennedy Cottage at the San Ysidro Ranch resort in Montecito, Calif., according to RadarOnline.com.
"Kim and Kanye never left the Ranch property," an insider told Radar adding that at one point "Kim was also spotted cuddling little Nori on the upper level of their private deck."
West, who proposed to Kardashian on her Oct. 21 birthday, has reportedly taken full control of wedding planning. The rapper and the reality TV star are expected to wed in an over-the-top ceremony during the summer of 2014.
"Kanye wants it broadcast around the globe," a source told VH1's "The Gossip Table" about Kardashian's big day. "He wants it to be a National holiday, a day when everyone can take time off to celebrate the world's most famous couple."
The pair is expected to lease the Villa San Michele on Capri in Italy for 14 days for an estimated $500,000 for what could ultimately become the wedding of the year. West will reportedly cover all expenses for their wedding guests with the exception of flights, OK! magazine reported.
The color scheme for the lavish affair is reportedly black, diamonds and gold.
