Although People.com reported that the trip to Oklahoma was baby North's first traveling experience, the new family were recently spotted on their first public outing recently. Kardashian and West recently appeared visiting a Los Angeles medical facility together with their daughter North West being carried by a nanny, according to TMZ.com reports.

West revealed his thoughts about fatherhood in a previous interview with The New York Times.
