Kim Kardashian Moving Baby North West to Paris? 'Kanye Asked Her'

Kim Kardashian fueled speculation that she is moving to France, after reportedly spending close to one week in Paris for fashion week with her rapper boyfriend, Kanye West.

The new mom, who has kept a low profile since giving birth in June, reportedly left her newborn baby North (Nori) in Los Angeles to attend Paris fashion week with West, 36. Fans are now speculating whether the couple may have spent time preparing for a potential move to the French capital after it was previously claimed that they would relocate following the birth of baby North.

"Kanye asked her for months to consider the move. She finally decided to compromise and make the move for at least three months," a source previously told LifeandStyle magazine.

West, who spent a significant portion of Kardashian's pregnancy working in France, is reportedly hopeful that the move will become permanent. The "New Slaves" rapper is said to be fond of the European nation's strict paparazzi laws.

"They were supposed to spend just three months in Paris. Now he wants to move them permanently to Paris," the source explained.

Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner is reportedly against the idea of a move, however she has made plans to visit her daughter, granddaughter and West regularly. Kardashian, 32, is said to be nervous about moving away from her Los Angeles based family members.

"Kim's a first-time mom, and Kris wants to help her as much as possible," another insider said. "Kim's also worried, she wants Kris to visit Paris a lot."

Kardashian previously opened up about her desire to be more private going forward, despite having lived her life publicly over the past six years. The E! star revealed that West, who is notoriously private, and her journey into motherhood inspired her to keep a low profile.

"I think that definitely kicks in where you're like, 'OK, I have to go in protect mode,' and as ironic as it sounds, you live your life on a reality show but then when you grow up ... certain things change your life that make you want to be more private and this is definitely one of them," Kardashian said in January regarding her pregnancy as reported by CBS.

"When you spend time with someone, you learn things from them, so I see what (Kanye's) views are in wanting to be private, so that's a choice we make together as a family just in how we're gonna raise our kid," she explained.
