Kim Kardashian Moving to Paris for Kanye West After Baby Birth

Kim Kardashian is reportedly moving to Paris with boyfriend Kanye West shortly after the birth of their first child.

The reality TV star, who is due to give birth in July, has allegedly been clashing with West, 35, over the rapper's desire to raise their child in France. Kardashian, 32, has reportedly agreed to move to Paris for a few months in an attempt to compromise with West.

"Kanye asked her for months to consider the move. She finally decided to compromise and make the move for at least three months," a source told Life & Style magazine.

Kris Jenner, who is said to be against the idea, will reportedly remain in Los Angeles but visit Kardashian regularly to help with the newborn.

"Kim's a first-time mom, and Kris wants to help her as much as possible," another insider told Life & Style. "Kim's also worried, she wants Kris to visit Paris a lot."

Prior to Kardashian agreeing to the move, it was claimed that Jenner, 56, was so against the idea of her daughter packing up and leaving Los Angeles that she allegedly paid for a hospital birthing suite for the reality TV star. Jenner was hopeful that West would not get his way and initially Kardashian was in agreeance with her Mom.

"Kanye is absolutely insistent that the baby will be raised in France, but Kim's refusing to let that happen. It's so important for her to be near her family and have the baby grow up around its aunts, uncles and cousins. There's no way she'll stop fighting Kanye on this," a source previously said.

"Kris is adamant that this happens and has already reserved the suite at Cedars [Hospital] and paid the deposit," the source explained.

The "Mercy" rapper has been living in Paris since February, where he has allegedly been working on his upcoming album. He is said to be fond of the European nation's strict paparazzi laws.

"Kanye wants the baby born in Paris [but] he would love the baby to have dual citizenship," a source said regarding the possibility of citizenship in both the U.S. and France.

While Kardashian has agreed to relocate for three months, West is said to be hopeful that the move will become permanent.

"They were supposed to spend just three months in Paris. Now he wants to move them permanently to Paris," the source explained.
