Kim Kardashian Pre-Trial 'Tell-All' Interview Leaves Kris Humphries Suspicious?

Kim Kardashian will partake in a tell-all interview with producer Ryan Seacrest in coming weeks. A new report claims Kris Humphries believes this may be an attempt to implement damage control ahead of the estranged couple's upcoming divorce trial.

"Ryan Seacrest With The Kardashians: An E! News Presentation" will air on the E! Network on April 21 and Humphries is said to be questioning the timing. Kardashian, 31, will reportedly be forced to testify that her reality show is fake during her May 6 trial, which critics predict will likely draw public backlash.

"Humphries believes that the interview with Ryan Seacrest is Kim trying to control and offset the negative publicity she will likely receive," a source told RadarOnline.com.

In March, Russell Jay, who is a producer on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," confirmed that some scenes were "scripted, reshot or edited" in order to make Humphries, 28, look like a villain after Kardashian infamously filed for divorce just 72 days into their marriage. The NBA star reportedly believes Kardashian is being strategic by doing the upcoming tell-all.

"Kris is very suspicious of the timing. In Kris' opinion, it's definitely being done done as damage control before testimony in the divorce trial, which is expected to reveal that aspects of Kim's reality shows are staged," a source told RadarOnline.com.

"Kim will be forced to testify under oath that scenes of the reality show, including a conversation she had with mom about the breakdown of her marriage to Kris, took place after she had filed for divorce," the source explained.

Kardashian, 31, is said to be fearful about her upcoming divorce as sources say certain revelations could jeopardize her million-dollar empire. Kardashian wants a divorce from Humphries, but the NBA star is insisting on an annulment based on fraud, which he is hoping to prove during the trial

"Kim is freaking out that she is going to be forced to testify that aspects of the Kardashian reality show are fake," a source revealed.

"Kim has always said how much she loves her fans and viewers. Kris feels that this proves unequivocally he was duped into marrying Kim," the source continued.
