Kim Kardashian Wedding Nerves: E! Star Worried Rain Will 'Ruin' Big Day
Kim Kardashian is just days away from her wedding however insiders claim she is nervous that bad weather could "ruin" her big day.
The reality TV star, 33, is set to wed Kanye West, 36, somewhere in Europe on Saturday, however, recent rain has her nervous about their nuptials. The couple, who are rumored to have selected a wedding venue in Italy, reportedly spent millions on their big day, which is why Kardashian wants things to run smoothly.
"I hope the rain doesn't ruin my wedding," Kardashian was recently overheard telling family and friends according got Us magazine.
"This weather has to get better," she continued. "Spring in Paris is meant to be about sunshine, but all we're getting is rain."
The E! Star and her famous family reportedly dined at the Hotel Costes in Paris on Wednesday where she complained about the rain.
"She made it clear that this bad weather is really getting to her," an onlooker said.
"She's clearly spending millions getting married in Europe, and if it all turns into a wash-out she will be really unhappy," the source explained.
The wedding festivities will reportedly kick off with a rehearsal dinner on Friday at Versailles Palace in Paris, France. Guests have been advised to wear royal-themed attire.
Approximately 200 of Kardashian and West's closest friends and family will gather in Europe to witness the happy couple exchange "I dos."
"The two have planned a rehearsal dinner that costs an estimated $650,000," a source told RadarOnline.com.
"And they are paying for a lot of that. Chefs from around the world are being flown in to prepare dinner for the rehearsal night and the reception dinner after the wedding," the source went on. "High-end and extensive security is costing $3 million, flowers are $1 million and food is about $2,000 a plate."
Kardashian reportedly reached out to the designer who created Duchess Kate Middleton's dress for the royal wedding because she wants to achieve a similar look for her and West's big day.
"She has called on Sarah Burton to design one of her options. Kim wants the low-cut v-neck look that Kate had, but much lower, and she wants her gown to be tight fitting to show off her svelte figure," the insider revealed adding "her gown is estimated to cost $2 million."
