Kim Zolciak Twins' Names and Meanings Revealed
"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and husband Kroy Biermann are the proud parents of twins, according to the announcement posted by the star on her Instagram account. The reality TV star also posted the twins' names and their meaning.
"Guess what?!!! The TWINS have arrived! We welcomed first a baby GIRL and second a handsome little BOY! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!" Zolciak posted earlier this morning. "The twins' names are: Girl: Kaia Rose (after 'psychic' Rose who is like a grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) also the twins were born on Rose's birthday! Boy: Kane Ren (Ren after my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him).
The 35-year-old Zolciak has kept fans updated throughout her pregnancy, posting photos up until her ninth month.

"The twins will [be] here this month and we are sooo excited and I'm sooo over being pregnant!" she tweeted earlier this month. "Hubby just measured my belly OMG!!! 48 inches around!! And not ONE stretch mark!! I know stretch marks r genetics but I have some tricks. I'm so thankful for my hubby and kiddos who help me do everything at this point! Even getting my legs up on the couch!"
Zolciak and Biermann have two sons: Kroy, Jr. and 15-month-old Kash. She has two daughters, 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana with ex-husband Dan Toce. Zolciak and Biermann have been married for two years and recently celebrated their anniversary at home due to Zolciak's pregnancy.
She appeared on "Real Housewives" for five seasons to star in her own spin-off, "Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding." After she married Biermann, the title was changed to simply, "Don't Be Tardy." It's unknown if there will be a new season, given Zolciak's pregnancy and the arrival of the twins.
