'Kingdom Hearts 3' Rumors: Learn More About Which Worlds Are Expected To Be Included in the Sequel
Latest rumor hints a world inspired by 'Monsters Inc.' will be featured
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is already due out in the not-too-distant future, so the time is fast approaching for fans to refresh their memories and get up to speed on what will be included in the game.
All the relevant details have not been shared just yet, but there are enough interesting tidbits out there to give fans a pretty good idea of what to expect.
For instance, when it comes to worlds, one possible leak together with previous revelations are hinting that there will be fun environments to explore.
Beginning with the possible leak, a recent post on ResetEra from "Wrestleman" contained two images seemingly showing Sora, Donald and Goofy interacting with characters from "Monsters Inc.," which is interesting since a world based on that movie has not been announced yet.
Notably, "Wrestleman" is not claiming to be the source of the images, and it really is unclear where they came from outside of some kind of FTP server where a different individual stumbled upon them.
Still, a "Monsters Inc." world would certainly not look out of place inside "Kingdom Hearts 3," and the possibility of one being made official eventually remains.
While the "Monsters Inc." world has yet to be confirmed, there are others that are guaranteed to be in the game.
There is the "Toy Story" world that was featured in a previously released trailer, and then there were also screenshots similar to the one posted at the top of this article that show off Mount Olympus.
According to KHWiki.com, the other worlds that may end up in the game include Twilight Town, the Kingdom of Corona, a world based on "Big Hero 6" and a "New World" of some kind.
It is still unclear just how many worlds developers are planning to feature, so fans are going to have to stay tuned for that.
An exact release date for "Kingdom Hearts 3" has yet to be announced, though fans can expect it to hit stores sometime next year.
