Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick Split? Rep Slams 'Ridiculous' Report
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have not split, despite a new tabloid report claiming otherwise.
The reality TV couple was subject to explosive rumors on Wednesday after In Touch magazine ran a report claiming Disick, 30, had moved out of their family home. Insiders also suggested that the father-of-two, dubbed "Lord Disick," was cheating, however, a rep for Kardashian, 34, was quick to slam the report as "ridiculous" and "not true," according to the Huffington Post.
The tabloid went on to claim that Disick, who began dating the E! star in 2006, plans to move from Los Angeles to New York City in January which has left Kardashian "devastated." This is also believed to be false.
"Kourtney is devastated," a source told In Touch. "She always wanted Scott to be the one. Instead, he's broken her heart."
The tabloid gossip is likely the least of Kardashian's worries as sources claim the reality TV star was recently hauled to court on Dec. 16 by Michael Girgenti, a man claiming he is the biological father of her 4-year-old son Mason Disick.
In August, the Los Angeles-based model, who worked with Kardashian on a 944 magazine photo shoot in August 2008, was left red-faced after failing a lie detector test on "The Trisha Goddard Show." Girgenti, 27, insisted he had a sexual encounter with the mother of two, but the lie detector results suggested otherwise.
Kardashian, who also shares a 1-year-old daughter Penelope with Disick, has vehemently denied Girgenti's claims. She insists that Mason is indeed fathered by Disick, her long-time partner.
The Chicago native filed a paternity lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court earlier this year and Kardashian could be forced to undergo a paternity test if the court grants Girgenti's request.
"I just want the truth to come out," Girgenti said previously. "At this point, I have nothing to say to her ... but if I am the father, I need to be slowly integrated into Mason's life before more time passes. If I'm not, I can rest at ease — and everyone can move on."
Attorneys for Kardashian, who is understandably disturbed by the claims, previously described Girgenti's allegations as "false and defamatory."
