Kristen Stewart to Shave, Tattoo Head? 'I Want A Total Boy Cut'

Kristen Stewart revealed her desire to shave and tattoo her head, during a recent interview.

The "Camp X Ray" star's luscious brunette locks have helped land her some of the biggest movie roles in Hollywood however she would gladly shave it all off if she were able. Stewart, 23, revealed that while she hopes to one day make drastic changes to her hair, she is currently unable to do so for work reasons.

"If I wasn't an actor, I would definitely do things to my hair. I would cut it more, I would dye it more. At some point I want to do a total boy cut, completely -- not a pretty, girly version -- like a straight up James Dean haircut," she told Into The Gloss.

"And then, I'm definitely going to shave my head before I die. I will definitely tattoo my head while it's shaved before my hair grows back," she continued. "I'm not sure which part, probably the bottom quadrant in the back. I don't know what the tattoo would be, yet. Still thinking."

The "Twilight" star explained that while she would love to undergo a drastic hair makeover, it would likely make work difficult because she is not fond of wigs.

"I, personally, want to stay neutral so that I'm in a perfect position to -- it sounds lame -- but to transform myself for a role," she said.

"If a project comes up and I've already got a shaved head, it would be a problem; I hate wearing wigs. But the way I choose roles anyway is very gut-oriented," she added.

Stewart, who once dated Robert Pattinson, is currently preparing to star alongside "X-Man" star Nicholas Hoult, 24, in "Equals," a sci-fi drama directed by Drake Doremus.

Stewart described the upcoming film as a slightly updated version of the 1956 film "1984," which was based on George Orwell's classic novel of the same name.

"I can't believe I agreed to do it," Stewart told the Associated Press on Monday. "I'm terrified of it. Though it's a movie with a really basic concept, it's overtly ambitious... It's a love story of epic, epic, epic proportion. I'm scared."
