Rumors have been building for the past week about what exactly Armstrong admits in the interview. According to some reports it is claimed that the cancer survivor turned cycling champion turned disgraced sports star, will finally admit to the drug allegations that have plagued his legacy.

Armstrong has been accused of using performance enhancing drugs to win a record seven Tour de France titles in a row. All coming after he made his comeback and recovery from cancer.

Last year he was accused by the United States Anti-Doping Agency of taking performance enhancing drugs, and he eventually announced that he had chosen to not longer fight the charges being made against him.

Despite not fighting the accusations, he still publicly maintained that he was innocent of all charges, although many had considered his decision not to fight the allegations revealed his guilt.

On Tuesday, Oprah Winfrey came on CBS's This Morning show and gave a few hints to what Armstrong said in the recorded interview held on Monday in Austin, Texas. She indicated that he did make some kind of partial confession, although she obviously offered no specifics.

She added that she was "satisfied" with Armstrong's answers but said he did not "come clean in the manner I expected."
