Riggs is clearly excited about investigation, declaring that it is because of "lunatics" like the person behind this crime that he got into this field.

After all, it is not often they will have to deal with someone who parachuted off his crime scene. Murtaugh is not as thrilled though because he is dealing with some family matters after failing to win some dad points in the previous episode.

In "Lethal Weapon" season 2, episode 4, he continued to struggle with winning his daughter over. She would rather hang out with friends than with him, but Murtaugh believes he is both her dad and friend.

In some of his attempts, he even tries to be the cool hip dad by wearing an apron that says "Keep calm my apron is on" while he cooks for her. However, it looks like he could end up being invested in this crime.

This is because, per the synopsis for "Lethal Weapon" season 2, episode 4, they will learn that the responsible party in the crime is an "unreliable" father. To add insult to the injury, the key to solving the crime is his own daughter, who happens to be the main witness.

"Lethal Weapon" season 2, episode 4, "Flight Risk," will air on Tuesday, Oct. 17, at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
