LG G4 Rumors, Release Date: New Android Flagship Seen in Massive Leak
The LG G4 release date has already been announced last week, and will be held on April 28 simultaneously in several locations. However, just before the big unveil of the Korean manufacturer's newest flagship, a major leak has just surfaced.
According to a report by Phone Arena, several high quality images of the LG G4 have surfaced, showing the world how the device would look like.
In the report, the leaks show the LG G4 in different angles, forms and wearing a variety of accessories.
Accompanying the leaks are alleged specs of the device.
The report mentioned that the G4 would be getting a "Quantum" display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, and a 13MP rear shooter. The primary camera resolution may be an outdated detail as LG already mentioned a 16MP primary camera. Other specs of the device include a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset from Qualcomm, a 3,000mAh user removable battery, and an 8MP front shooter.
Based on previous reports, the Korean company has delayed the launch of its flagship due to the development of another high-end device.
Dubbed as the LG G4 Note, the device will be a direct rival of the Samsung Galaxy Note series, and would boast a premium metal build. In comparison, the LG G4 appears to only feature its usual polycarbonate plastic body.
