Lindsay Lohan Drinking Again Despite Rehab Sentence

Despite being sentenced to 90 days in rehab, Lindsay Lohan is still drinking, according to reports.

Just before heading to her court hearing on Monday, Lohan was allegedly spotted at the bar of her hotel in Beverly Hills. The star, who was facing charges for reckless driving and lying to police, was "knocking back vodka sodas," according to TMZ.

Lohan's partying could be in violation of the new plea deal that Lohan struck earlier this month to avoid jail time. Lohan agreed to plea no contest in exchange for 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy.

The star initially stated that she was not driving the Porche that crashed last June. It was later discovered that she had lied to cops. Officials also stated that they discovered a bottle of "amber" colored liquor near the driver's seat that was "probably wine," an officer told TMZ.

"It was my opinion that one of the occupants ...was possibly in possession of the open container and discarded it shortly after the collision," the officer stated.

Lohan initially rejected a rehab plea insisting that she was not guilty. Her lawyer Mark Heller also argued that Lohan's rights were violated because she was not mirandized.

Despite being sentenced to rehab Lohan has stated that she does not have a substance abuse problem. Instead, the star argues that she only agreed to rehab to avoid having to do jail time. Lohan's lockdown rehab sentence is not scheduled to start until after her hearing which is on May 2nd.

Lohan has allegedly complained that the sentence will interfere with her birthday, which is June. A mugshot of the star surfaced last week, making rounds on the Internet.
