Liverpool vs Reading Live Stream: Watch Online Premier League Football (10AM ET)
Liverpool will host a Reading side that has fared well against them as of late while aiming to get their first home win of the season. The game kicks off at 10 a.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream - a link is provided at the bottom of this article.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers will look to correct Liverpool's dismal home record this year at Anfield and will have to do so without the help of one of his top strikers.
Fabio Borini is slated to miss up to three months with a fractured bone in his foot and his unfortunate injury will only add to his "October curse" given that this is the third straight October that the young Italian striker has sustained an injury that will see him out for at least three months.
"There is nothing we can do. I've got a number of talented players here and if the worst comes to the worst, I'll need to shuffle the team around," Rodgers told reporters during a press conference.
Adding: "It's ironic - this is the third year in a row he's been injured in October and for three months… Maybe next October, we might just give him a holiday."
On a more positive note defenders Jose Enrique and Jon Flanagan returned to training this week and could make the start along with midfielder Jonjo Shelvey, who is available after serving a three-match suspension.
Reading boss Brian Mcdormentt will be anticipating Noel Hunt to be available after suffering from a heel problem recently.
Newly acquired Pavel Pogrebnyak has impressed since coming over from Fulham and he will be looking to have a repeat of his late game heroics at Anfield last season when he scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory.
Kick-off for the match is at 10 a.m. ET and can be watched online here.
