'Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta' News: Benzino and Althea Split? Couple Takes to Social Media to Address Break-up Rumors

Did "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Benzino and Althea split up?

Midway through season 3 of their hit reality show, the rapper and publisher proposed to his girlfriend, and this surprised all of their friends, particularly Stevie. Many of them encouraged Benzino to get a pre-nup, as all of them thought that Althea was in it more for the money than for love. Despite all the advice from his friends, Benzino refused to have a pre-nup, saying that he and his fiancée are "forever."

Though the couple maintained that their love was true, nowadays rumors are swirling that the two may have broken up.

According to Wetpaint, the rumors started when Althea took to Instagram talking about being single and leaving a relationship. At one point, she even posted a meme that contained the solitary word "Single." But according to Benzino, their relationship is far from over and that the rumors are untrue.

The website reports that Benzino immediately went on social media to debunk the break-up rumors. He posted a split photo of Althea and a baseball player and captioned it, "NOOO!! @bossip @balleralert BAEBAE MEANT BASEBALL!!! IT'S THE PLAYOFFS!! LMFAO!!"

Soon after that, Althea went on Instagram and posted a photo of herself and her fiancé, and captioned it, "Sike!!! HE AIN'T GOIN NOWHERE!!!! #thiandzforlife." She also posted a text gram that read, "I cannot lose you because if I ever did I'd have lost my best friend, my soul mate, my smile, my laugh, my everything."

It appears as if all is well in the world with the couple. Does this mean that fans will get to see a wedding when "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" returns for its latest season?

Though VH1 has confirmed that there will be a fourth season, no official release date has been given for "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" as of the moment.
