MacBook Pro 2018 Rumors: Everything To Know

Despite no official announcement, the past year has seen through the rumors about Apple's MacBook Pro, which released a new model a few months ago. Now with a new year in sight, speculations indicate several things for the tech giant's flagship, as well as support for a new feature that fans have seen on Microsoft and Google laptops.

According to reports, the first things to know about what to expect for MacBook Pro 2018 is that the tech giant might not change anything about the design considering they just recently introduced a new variant that is equipped with a Touch Bar and a Touch ID. Instead, it is more likely that the MacBook Pro will have new color options. Aside from the design, another rumor is that the upcoming and highly anticipated laptop will feature a 4K screen, as well as 32GB of RAM on the high-end of the models. There are also speculations on the processor, but nothing has been definite as of yet.

Apple has yet to respond for comment on questions regarding the new MacBook Pro 2018, but a few months ago, speculations revealed that it might feature a bigger trackpad meant specifically for designers and video editors. Despite the scarcity of details, more information is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2018.

In the meantime, further reports have revealed that Apple may have plans to integrate support for iOS apps on the macOS next year. Codenamed "Marzipan," the update is expected to be one of the major software updates that will be rolled out. Sources close to the matter reveal that it is possible that the tech giant will announce the new feature during their annual conference, especially if they manage to stick to the original schedule of releasing it sometime later in the year. Apple has yet to respond to comment.
