'Madam Secretary' Season 3 Episode 14 Spoilers: Jay to Have a Serious Talk With Elizabeth
Elizabeth (Téa Leoni) and Jay (Sebastian Arcelus) will have a serious talk about his priorities in the upcoming episode of "Madam Secretary."
Before the CBS series went on a brief hiatus, viewers saw the policy advisor struggling with his problems at home. Jay's wife, Abby (Stephanie J. Block), was crying foul over his lack of interest in their family's affairs. She claimed his work at the State Department takes up so much of his time that he forgets to remember that she and their kid exist. Jay knew he was guilty of the accusation, but he could not seem to balance his time between work and his family.
Elizabeth can see that Jay has a lot in his mind lately. Recent spoilers predict that she will likely be asking him for a meeting soon and is bound to talk about what is bothering him. Elizabeth will not want to lose a loyal employee like Jay and she needs him on the team.

Meanwhile, the title for the upcoming episode is "Labor of Love." According to CarterMatt, it might be an analogy to Elizabeth's dedication to her job as Secretary of State. The episode may also reveal if she will win a Nobel Peace Prize. If she does win, she and her team may be flying to Oslo soon to receive the award.
Previously, their team succeeded in securing a peace treaty between Iran and Israel amidst opposition. An influential rabbi was killed and both sides wanted to withdraw from the agreement. Fortunately, Elizabeth's group acted quickly and prevented what could have been another senseless war.
Meanwhile, another storyline to look forward to is Daisy's (Patina Miller) blossoming romance with a new co-worker. When Kevin (Justin Baldoni) was first introduced to the press coordinator, viewers could see sparks flying between the two. Their colleagues are anticipating a romance and it looks like they will not be disappointed. Kevin seems to like Daisy a lot and vice versa. It is only a matter of time until he asks her out for a date.
