'Making History' Season 1 Episode 4: Dan Takes Another Shot at His Past in 'Chadwick's Angels'
What does a man with a time machine do when he also happens to have a bone to pick with the past? This is exactly what the trio of time travelers — Dan (Adam Pally), Deb (Leighton Meester) and Chris (Yassir Lester) — will do in the next episode of "Making History."
Titled "Chadwick's Angels," the upcoming episode takes the trio back to the 1990s, where Dan will get a chance to relive his childhood days and have another shot at finishing the infamous "Bellybuster" ice cream sundae at the local parlor. For a guy who has mostly lost at everything in life, finishing this seemingly insurmountable challenge from his past could spell the difference between a loser who doesn't even try and one who may not win but has at least given it his best shot.
Could this be the turning point that finally gives Dan the confidence he needs to be himself? Or will failing this second chance at victory only make matters worse for him, especially since the official synopsis has also hinted at Dan's impending run-in with the bully who tormented him in the past. Will Dan finally be able to stand up for himself?

Meanwhile, the trip also gives Deb a chance to bond with other people, like the parlor's owner. How will this newfound friendship play into the trio's dynamics? Will the idea of losing Deb's attention to someone else motivate Dan to take double the effort in achieving his goal?
On the other hand, Chris takes on his own personal mission of saving a life to honor the one that his British friend, Davy (Ross Philips), previously lost in the American Revolution they successfully restarted a couple of episodes back.
Will they all be able to focus on their self-imposed mission when Dan's bully comes in threatening to derail them from their causes?
