'Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite' is expected to be made available later this year
Ever since it made its official debut back in December, detailed revelations related to "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" have not exactly been coming out left and right, and if anything, important announcements have been hard to come by. However, that could change soon.
As a recent report from Event Hubs pointed out, Capcom's Yoshinori Ono may have hinted that something related to the eagerly anticipated fighting game could be shared soon.
To be more specific, Ono mentioned the game in a recent tweet that was actually more about "Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3."

Unfortunately, the tweet from Ono is not that detailed, and it simply asks fighting game fans to continue waiting for a new announcement that could be related to "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite."
Ono did not mention any date either, so even if an announcement related to the new game is coming soon, at this point at least, there's still no specific date for fans to mark on the calendar.
In any case, fans likely will not have to wait for that much longer before they can hear more about this game.
With "Infinite" already due out later this year, developers will have to talk more about it soon enough in order to give fans a better idea of what they can get from it.
Notably, something of significance related to the upcoming fighting game was revealed fairly recently.
Not too long ago, Marvel Games creative director Bill Rosemann shared with IGN that the developers have been given the freedom to create their own storylines for their projects.
The latest installment of the "Marvel vs. Capcom" series is among those projects, so fans can look forward to some original stories being told once this new fighting game is made officially available.
