'MasterChef Junior' Season 4 Episode 8 Spoilers: Top 10 Announced; Who Is the Most Likely Winner This Season?

After selecting 24 of the best young home cooks in America, "MasterChef Junior" is now down to its top 10 contestants. With a few contestants left, viewers wonder who will take home this year's title as the best "MasterChef Junior."

Fans have their own favorite on who among Addison, Amaya, Avery, Corey, JJ, Kaitlyn, Kamilly, Kya, Sam, and Zac will win this year's competition, and according to the International Business Times, the battle is between Addison and Kya.

Addison, who hails from River Forest, Illinois, is arguably the contestant who has managed to get the most screen time on "MasterChef." She has proven to be a great young home cook at the age of 9, and so far, she has won the biggest team challenge of the competition. She led her team to victory in the fifth episode, where they had to cook for other kids who were celebrating their birthdays. Addison also managed to land among the top cooks in some of the elimination challenges, like the round where she cooked "Tom Kha Gai," a soup with garlic chicken meatballs, in episode 4.

Meanwhile, the other contender to win this year is Kya, who viewers can remember as the young cook to win the very first cooking challenge this season. Kya is the youngest among the remaining contestants, but despite being 8 years old, it didn't stop her from dreaming to become a three-Michelin-star restaurant owner, according to Eater. It will definitely be interesting to see the two battle it out in the finals, if they manage to stay in the competition for at least five more weeks.

"MasterChef" season 4 skipped showing an episode last week, Christmas Day, and will still skip airing this New Year's Day. However, it will be back next Friday, Jan 8, with episode 8. In the sneak peek released for the episode, the kids will have to compete with the two judges, Gordon Ramsay and Graham Elliott, in a create-as-many-devilled-eggs-you-can challenge. The two hosts seem to be goofing around, and it will be interesting to see if the kids were able to defeat them.

Watch the new episode of "MasterChef Junior" this Jan. 8 on FOX.
