'Masters of Sex' episode 10 spoilers and episode 9 recap: Virginia is caught in the middle of Bill and Dan
In the next episode of "Masters of Sex" titled "Through A Glass, Darkly," the official synopsis reads, Johnson objects to Masters' program following missteps in the protocol. The promo for the episode shows Bill and Gina disagreeing over his program, while she tries to balance her work life and her love life.
In the upcoming episode, Gina will find herself in the middle of a love triangle as both Dan and Bill try to win her affections. She will have to choose at some point but she can't make that decision lightly since she needs to think about her family and her career. Bill's wife Libby will also have her fair share of drama as she and Bill talk.
The previous episode began with Bill as he sat in Gina's living room, while he waited for her to return. Gina was still mad at him because he pushed through with the surrogacy program behind her back. He apologized to her, but he had no intention of shutting it down. Gina does not like the idea of the suffering male. Bill loses it and Gina placated him with sex. Gina is clearly not interested in him and she does not want to help him with his program.

Bill asked Betty to spy on Gina and discover what she does with Dan, while he turned his attention to young Nora who was doing well until she had gone too far with an older client. Nora was almost fired by Bill, but after they talked over dinner, they both realized that they had similar father issues.
Meanwhile, Libby had ended things with Paul whose wife finally died, and she set him up on a date with a newly divorced woman. She than backtracked and she took him back in the end. She and Bill had a conversation in the kitchen while he was drunk.
The episode ended with Dan as he told Gina that he liked her a lot and that he and his wife have an understanding. He told her that he wanted to keep seeing her because he loved her.
