Michael Schumacher News: Champion Racer's Former Manager Willi Weber Still Hoping to Hear Good News About Him

Schumacher's current manager Sabine Kehm has previously stated that the racer's condition is 'not a public issue'

Hardly anything is known about the current status of racing icon Michael Schumacher's health, and even some of those who were close to him before are also waiting and hoping for an update.

Speaking recently to German magazine Bunte, Schumacher's former manager Willi Weber talked about what he knows - or specifically what he currently doesn't know - on what's going on with the racer, Stuff.co.nz reported.

Weber shared that he was saddened when he didn't hear back from Schumacher's family after he sent them flowers and cards for his former client's recent birthday.

He then indicated that he would not say anything about his old client's condition even if he knew something about it and that he would even be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Still, Weber is holding out hope that Schumacher's health will eventually improve, adding that "hope dies last."

Exactly why the current status of Schumacher's health is being kept such a tightly-guarded secret is known only to his family, and apparently that is not expected to change anytime soon.

Schumacher's current manager, Sabine Kehm, recently reiterated that how he is doing right now from a health standpoint is "not a public issue," The Telegraph reported.

Kehm added that there is a need to "protect his intimate sphere," not just for right now but also in the long term, and sharing more about his health "would diminish the extent of his intimate sphere."

Kehm also acknowledged the fans who continue to offer their support for their idol and thanked them for their understanding.

At this point, fans seem to have no other option than to continue waiting and hoping that Schumacher's health will eventually improve, even though they have no clear idea of what is going on right now.

More news about the health of Michael Schumacher should be made available in the future.
