Microsoft Announces Xbox One 'Gears of War' Holiday Bundle
Microsoft has just confirmed it will be releasing a special Xbox One holiday bundle featuring "Gears of War."
"Gears of War" fans will now be able to enjoy Microsoft's recently announced holiday bundle edition featuring a full game download, and early access to the game's fourth installment beta.
The "Gears of War" series, developed by Epic Games and The Coalition for Microsoft Studios, is a third-person shooter game that follows the adventures of main protagonist Marcus Fenix as he leads a squad of soldiers in the fight against the Locust Horde.

The "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition" will feature a Rare Replay, and an "Ori and the Blind Forest" action platform game full download. The bundle edition also offers 1TB of storage to enable players to store more games, including Xbox 360 titles playable on Xbox One, courtesy of the new Backward Compatibility.
The "Gears of War" bundle edition is a remastered title rebuilt for the Xbox One console. Running at 60fps in a 1080p resolution with competitive multiplayer mode, it includes 19 maps and five unreleased campaign chapters.
The console included in the bundle is a jet black unit with 1TB storage capacity, an Xbox One wireless controller, and a 3.5mm headset jack.
The bundle also offers access, for a limited time, to the entire collection of Xbox 360 "Gears of War" titles playable in Xbox One. The gamer will also have access to 30 other games via Rare Replay, including "Perfect Dark," "Banjo-Kazooie," and "Battletoads."
As part of its holiday offerings, Microsoft will also be releasing a "Tomb Raider" bundle from Square Enix, playable on Xbox One. The "Tomb Raider" bundle will include a code to download "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition," as well as pack a tactical Survival kit, a new weapon skin, and a set of outfits.
The Xbox One "Gears of War" Holiday Bundle will be exclusively available at Walmart for $399 starting November.
