And it was a close battle as the Danes went through after securing seven points, with Brugge only two points behind and Warszawa three points adrift.
Now they are trying to get the momentum and luck they had as they face a tough opponent in the English Premier League heavyweights.
As for the Red Devils, they were unfortunately eliminated from the UEFA Champions League and were dropped to the UEFA Europa League.
Many believed they would make a splash in the premier European competition, but the Red Devils fell short as they finished third behind Wolfsburg and PSV Eindhoven.
And despite coming from a higher tier, United should not take this competition lightly as other teams are surely trying to get that European title.
