'Mob Wives' Season 6 to Feature Original Cast on Jan. 13
"Mob Wives" season 6 will reportedly feature the return of the original cast when the show airs on Jan. 13.
The reality series is slated to come back this month and it will feature the original cast, so fans can expect a lot more drama and shocking revelations. "Mob Wives" season 6, titled "The Last Stand," will be the final round of the show, according to Latin Post.
In an extended teaser released by VH1, the women of Staten Island are seen coming back to give viewers their dose of drama and love-hate relationship. The central theme of the upcoming episode will still be their family issues and loyalty. The series will save the best for the last episode, Fashion & Style reports.
Season 6 will come back to reunite Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, Karen Gravano, Drita D'Avanzo, Carla Facciolo, and Renee Grazinao with Brittany Fogarty and Marissa Jade.
"It's always the ones that you prove your loyalty to who are the ones that wanna stab you in your back," Karen is heard saying in the first trailer for season 6.
The said teaser also highlights the good memories of the original cast members. However, it is also peppered with the heated fights between them after their grudges began to surface. Still, Drita is heard giving more focus on having the group back together again.
In addition, the season 6 teaser touched a little bit on Big Ang's health. It can be remembered that she was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2015 and her medical treatments were featured in some episodes, the report details.
Facciolo, on the other hand, explained to VH1 why they decided to come back to "Mob Wives."
"I honestly think me, Drita, Karen and Renee, we were the four originals who started this show, just like 'Sex and the City,' if they change those girls you'd be like 'oh no, no no I'm not watching it," Facciolo told VH1. "So we brought that show together and I think the four of us have such history that people wanna see that."
"Mob Wives" season 6 is coming to an end on Jan. 13 at 8 p.m. on VH1.
