'Modern Family' Season 7 Episode 19 Spoilers: Phil Suspects Claire Is Hiding Something; Gloria Brings New Friends
ABC's hit family drama TV series "Modern Family" Season 7 returns this week with a brand new episode that will see Claire trying hard to hide something away from her husband. Meanwhile, Gloria goes against the wishes of Jay.
First off, "The Party" saw the grownups leaving the kids back at home to enjoy some bonding time. Claire and Gloria took a trip together to a spa. Phil and Mitch, meanwhile, went to see the movies. Jay and Cam, on the other hand, spent their own guys' night out at a sports bar watching a highly anticipated fight. As expected, the kids back at home turned up the place into a party venue. Things quickly got out of hand when one of Manny and Luke's classmates fell down the window. This prompted the adults to return and investigate what was going on.
In the upcoming episode titled "Man Shouldn't Lie," the synopsis from The Futon Critic said that Claire will stumble upon a stray dog and decides to bring it back home. She will get the kids connive with her plans to hide the poor animal from Phil who clearly isn't that a big fan of furry creatures while she seeks out its owner. Her "evasive behavior," however, will only make Phil give her the amount of attention which is far from the usual.

In another household, Jay makes it clear that he doesn't want to make new friends. Gloria, on the other hand, wants to pop her husband's bubble by inviting a new couple over. In a surprising turn of events, the man in question happens to be a "real guy's guy" and Jay will take a liking of him. Will he be forced to admit that he's wrong to close his doors from new acquaintances?
Meanwhile, Cameron opens up their upstairs to a Christian rock band looking for a place to rent in.
