'Modern Family' Season 7 Spoilers, Plot News: Claire Brings Haley and Alex To Work

In this week's showing of ABC's hit comedy drama TV series "Modern Family," Gloria Pritchett will be on jury duty while her husband Jay gets to take care of the kids. Meanwhile, Claire gets to bring her daughters to work.

The episode synopsis says that Haley and Alex will accompany their mom to work for the "Bring Your Daughter to Work Day." However, the rest of the office staff will continue to show their indifference to Claire following the issue with the creative department in the last episode.

Fans may already know that despite her being the boss' daughter, her officemates still see her as an outsider. This will certainly make it hard for Claire to make an impression on her daughters in her job.

Meanwhile, Claire's husband, Phil, will be tasked to take Luke and Manny's class out for community service day. This day will also find Gloria doing the jury duty, while her husband, Jay Pritchett, will be left to look after the kids. The spoiler report indicated that Gloria will be enthused by this opportunity while Jay seems to feel like he's been caught up in a huge responsibility.

Over at the Tucker-Pritchett household, the struggle continues as Cam and Mitch still argue about the people renting their upstairs unit. Aside from that, the two will also be having a difference of opinion over the guest list of the party they are planning to have at the house. IBT says that the couple won't really come into an agreement and thus Gloria has to step in to mediate on the issue.

For those who missed Episode 4, Phil was found working on a project on hatch-the-duck-eggs and was building some shelter for the animals. Gloria and Manny, on the other hand, helped each other face their fears, while Cam grows fond of the tenants upstairs.

"Modern Family" Season 7 airs Wednesdays on ABC.
