Though well received by the gaming community, nobody liked the tutorials and the DLCs. Its online playability was also not liked and the PC version especially had a lot of issues.

Warner Bros. has now revealed the patch notes for update 1.09 and Creative Director of NetherRealm Studios, Ed Boon tweeted out that the update is at present available now for PS4 owners. After certification, it will be available shortly for PC and Xbox One owners too.

The 1.09 patch is not as extensive as the previous update patch, but this time around, a lot of fixes have been given for the host of characters. Some major and minor bugs have been fixed and there has been an increase or decrease in some input priorities.

Ermac was one of the characters players had problems with. This update fixes a bug in which the character finds himself stuck at the flight controls.

Unfortunately, PlayStation Vita players are not going to be happy as Boon has confirmed on Twitter that Mortal Kombat X will not be coming on PlayStation Vita.
